Recently awarded our first Michelin Star, these impeccable standards have been and are continually upheld by all who set foot in the kitchen or dining areas; guests frequently praise the quality of our dishes and our attentive service speaks volumes.

Head Chef Chris Cleghorn honed his skills over many years, so you’re forgiven for (rightly) assuming that he knows how to expertly navigate a kitchen. In taking responsibility for the Olive Tree’s unique atmosphere, he has blended together, almost to the point of obsession, a fine dining experience in Bath that is unrivalled anywhere else in the city.

Chris and his team offer two tasting menus, the SIX and the NINE. These menus are an expression of the creativity offered by our talented Chefs and reflect the best in local seasonal ingredients. Alongside these menus we offer vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free menus in the same format.

For guests looking to enhance their meal with a pairing of incredible wines, Aisling and the team offer matched wines carefully chosen from our best suppliers to enhance the flavours within each dish.
