From holding the title of Undergraduate President of The Bacchus Society whilst at university to varied roles with luxurious group D&D London in The City and Mayfair, Owen now manages the prestigious Olive Tree Restaurant; it is clear that Owen has always showcased a passion for wine, food and hospitality.


With past positions including Wine Manager and Restaurant General Manager in Hampshire and London respectively, here at the Olive Tree Owen is responsible for all Front of House activity as well as service standards – no small task at Bath’s only Michelin star restaurant. If that wasn’t enough, he also manages the Old Q Bar and develops the wine list and pairings for our FIVE and SEVEN tasting menus.
