It’s safe to say that our 3 AA rosette restaurant sets its own standards. Recently awarded our first Michelin Star, these impeccable standards have been and are continually upheld by all who tread in the kitchen or dining areas; guests frequently praise the quality of our dishes and our attentive service speaks volumes.
Head Chef Chris Cleghorn honed his skills over many years, so you’re forgiven for (rightly) assuming that he knows how to expertly navigate a kitchen. In taking responsibility for the Olive Tree’s unique atmosphere, he has blended together, almost to the point of obsession, a dining experience that is unrivalled anywhere else in the city.
You can choose from our à la carte menu for dinner six nights a week or for an à la carte lunch you can dine Friday to Sunday. Chef also has created FIVE and SEVEN tasting menus that can be accompanied by expert wine pairings to complement and augment each dish.
